1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Omni, a product of Master Global Inc. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Omni is an AI-powered digital companion providing conversational support, wellness tracking, goal management, and cultural wisdom through multiple specialized AI modules. Available as a web app, PWA, and native mobile application.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
• You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require parental consent.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier available with limited features at no cost.
• Paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period.
• Refunds handled per applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service; share credentials with unauthorized users; use automated bots without permission; or misrepresent AI responses as professional advice.

6. AI Disclaimer

Omni is an AI companion and is not a substitute for professional advice. The AI modules are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals. In any emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

The Omni name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Master Global Inc. Content generated by AI is provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of original content you provide.

8. Family & Minor Accounts

Family plans allow parents to create accounts for minors. Parents accept full responsibility. Parental controls ("strict" under 13, "teen-safe" 13-17) are enforced automatically based on age.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Master Global Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations. You may delete your account anytime. Data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Master Global Inc.'s jurisdiction. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes notified via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
