1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Omni, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Omni is an AI life companion offering conversational AI modules, mood tracking, goals, therapy-style guided paths, and related features, operated by Masters Global Inc.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old — date of birth is verified at signup and under-13 registration is blocked.
• Users aged 13–15 require verified parent/guardian consent: a consent link is emailed at signup and the account activates only after approval (UK, EU, US and Canada standard applied globally).
• All users under 18 automatically receive teen-safe content settings.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free tier is available with limited features at no cost.
• Paid subscriptions (Omni+, Duo, Family, Group) are billed monthly, annually, or bi-annually (Group).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no further charges occur.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service without permission.
• Misrepresent Omni's AI responses as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. AI Disclaimer

Omni is an artificial intelligence system. Its responses are AI-generated and do not come from a human or licensed professional. Omni is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. In a crisis, contact local emergency services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Omni platform, branding, and content are the property of Masters Global Inc. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Family & Minor Accounts

Family and Group plans include age-appropriate AI settings. Parents/guardians of users aged 13–15 hold a Parent Dashboard to review module access and may revoke consent at any time, which pauses the minor's access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masters Global Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
